Description

This Harwich Port cottage is centrally located and steps away from it all. Bank St Beach is a 2/10 mile walk away and an array of restaurants & shops are also nearby. Once you park your car in our lot, you will not need to get in it again unless you really want to. It's time to give yourself that break you need.

The 2 bedroom cottage can sleep 6. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and we also have a grill outside for your use as well. The cottage is part of a 5 cottage complex with a common yard space.

The surrounding Cape is known for its beautiful bay and ocean beaches, nature and bike trails, and summer Cape Cod League baseball games, known all over the US. Whale watching and deep seafishing are very popular on the Cape. Also, just a short ferry ride away are Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.

A refundable security deposit of $200 and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $100 are required.We are a Saturday- Saturday rental. Check in is at 3PM and check out is 10AM. NO SMOKING. Outstanding Summer Vacation on the Cape

After looking at several houses to rent in Harwichport, I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised with how perfect it was for my family's summer vacation. The location of this property is perfect for shopping,eating, biking. Bank Street Beach was beautiful and the shortest walk of any homes I had looked at. The cottage itself had everything needed to make you feel relaxed and at home, the deck was an added bonus for eating and relaxing outdoors. The owners were so easy to communicate with and very hospitable. We look forward to going back next year to my favorite getaway in Harwichport!! show more show less

Great Stay

We enjoyed our week at the cottage. The best part is the location being walkable to the beach and just steps from town. There is ample parking and we left our car most of the week since you really don't need one. The cottage was clean and had most everything we needed. We also loved the deck. It was perfect for relaxing or reading a book while our son took his afternoon naps.

We contacted Erika a few days before we (hoped) our vacation would begin and everything worked out perfectly! The cottage is charming; more than enough room, and very clean. Bank Street Beach is literally less than a five minute walk - no beach sticker needed. The cottage makes the Harwich Musical Strolls on Wednesday nights easy to enjoy. Parking is ample and the set back created by the lot makes the cottage quiet despite central location.

Just perfect!!!

The area, location and cottage were just perfect. Stocked with everything we needed. Couldn't believe how clean it was and we were able to enjoy our weekend with peace of mind. So close to the beach and such a nice beach. Sandy, quiet and a very short walk from road to water. Would go back anytime!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cape Cod. The cottage was perfect in every way--quaint, comfortable and conveniently located to the beach and nearby cafes, restaurants and shops. The owners were very helpful both before and during our visit. We are already wondering when we can come back again.

My wife and I stayed for a week and had a fantastic time. The cottage is great; it's clean and very conveniently located near the beach AND the center of town. Perfect for a small family. We loved everything about it and would definitely return.

Very charming, cute and clean cottage. Private, yet easy walking distance to the beach, shopping, and dining. Excellent parking. Prompt and courteous hosts. I recommend staying here on your next getaway!
