Perfect location. Walk or drive short distance to many beaches. Walk to town, get your coffee and paper in the morning and read it by the pool while the rest of your clan awakes. Walk to great restaurants, ice cream, pizza, stores, galleries...this spot has it all within walking distance. A few minutes to Chatham town. The house...perfect layout of open family space as well a bedroom placement for privacy. Pool house was recently built and is a great space with three extra bedrooms, kitchen area and big central space with big television for gathering. This is the absolute best place to stay on Cape Cod. We rented this beautiful property along with friends for a week at the end of August and had an amazing time. We were a large group with young children and the house was perfect for us in every way. It's spacious with a huge open kitchen (we love to cook!) and a large floor plan, with lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, which was fantastic because we never felt like we were on top of each other. The heated pool and outdoor patio and shower were so wonderful - we'd often spend mornings at the beach and afternoons cooking by the pool. The kids were in heaven and so were we.

The proximity to downtown was also perfect because we were able to split up at night and go out after the kids were in bed. The walk to the beach was only about 5 to 7 minutes and we enjoyed the walk. Very easy, even with little ones. Paul was super responsive if we needed anything and was very helpful and welcoming. He even left some wine for us upon arrival, along with recommended places to eat and enjoy, which was a really nice touch. It was such a great week, we are now hoping to make this an annual trip!
