The large carriage house features a big bedroom with a king bed and two twins. It has a large family room open to the back deck, perfect for enjoying the company of your family and friends. Both Houses join together at the back deck where you will create memories to last a life time.

In addition to central AC, amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, a BBQ grill, two refrigerators, large island to seat 12, sonos music system, fire pit, front lawn swing, and an outdoor shower - linens are provided.

    Great Cape Vacation

    My family has rented this house back to back years and really enjoy the house, beach and community feel that Harwichport offers. The house is so conveniently located to downtown with quick access to ice cream, oysters and coffee shops but also a short walk away from the Bank Street Beach. The Bank Street Beach House is very nicely decorated inside and makes you feel right at home. There is a great backyard to hang out and have coffee in the morning or have a family dinner at the end of a great beach day! Looking forward to staying here in the future! show more show less

    Awesome rental

    Just read the other reviews and everything said is 100% accurate. Our family of 13 (5 children under 7) loved the location, proximity to the beach, shopping, and dining. The back yard is totally enclosed! The kids could play outside or go back and forth between houses. Both houses are well equipped and super comfortable. Stephanie responded to 2 malfunctions promptly so that our vacation wasn't spoiled. We loved it so much, we all wanted to go back there again this summer! A+

    Bank Street Beach House - we LOVE you!

    We had a such a great time at this house! We have stayed in Harwichport for the last 10 years and this rental is the best. Close to town, walking distance to Bank Street Beach. There was more than enough space in the houses and the yard for our large family ( and second family) to enjoy. BTW- the houses are decorated so cute! Clean and updated! It was a great to walk to restaurants, beach and Sundae School. We WILL be back!

    My name is Stephanie MCCuin. My husband and four children have rented in Harwichport for over 10 years and just fell in love with the charm of this beach town. We hope you enjoy our town and beaches just as much as we do.

    What is special about this property?
    This property is the perfect spot for family and friends to get togther. Tt has a wide open back deck perfect for enjoying family, friends and conversation. There are two lovely large sitting/tv areas that are great for a change of scenery or for a kids space/ adult space. The carriage house is a huge bonus that other rentals may not be able to offer. The large family room with oversized sectional opens to the outside space with two large sliders joining your housemates together where ever they choose to sit.

    What is special about your town?
    If you need to get out of the house you are in town and minutes to the beach. Harwichport has amazing beaches, restaurants and bars. It also has an adorable toy store, candy store, bakeries and diner. It is an amazing walking town that will be loved by all.
