Luxury home w/AC steps from the beach! Great location!

We had a lovely stay at Marie's home for a week in June 2021. The house is quite spacious. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. The bedrooms were comfortable. There were two indoor living spaces, one per floor of the house, plus the screened porch, and the patio with tons of seating.

The house was incredibly well stocked - sometimes when you arrive at a rental house you are scrambling to get to the store for toilet paper, but this house had it all - TP, paper towels, soap and toiletries in every bathroom, tons of towels, condiments in the fridge, etc. Plus loads of beach chairs. There was also a cabinet with games and puzzles to keep us busy when we weren't at the beach. Just made the transition to vacation mode so much smoother.

Marie was also super responsive - one small thing wasn't working and she immediately replied and had it dealt with.

The location was also excellent. The walk to the beach was easy and quite short, and Earle Street beach is a cute beach, not super crowded (in June), and the teens enjoyed the smallish waves for boogie boarding. The neighborhood was fun to explore - you could go up and down different streets to see a range of houses and other public beaches. You could walk to a small harbor. And many restaurants were within a 1-2 mile walk, including ice cream. Within a short drive there are many, many restaurant options in Harwich, Chatham, and Dennis, as well as a grocery store, a place for beach gear. Such an extraordinary house and location! We walked to the beach (so close!!!!) in the morning with our coffee followed by a walk downtown to have breakfast or pick up the newspaper. The house has everything from nice bed linens to towels to shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen had all the necessary tools to make cooking fun and enjoyable. Having two places to watch cable tv made it great for spreading out. I also enjoyed the den table so I could leave my puzzle out as I worked on it. />The house is bright and cheerful as sun pours in. It is homey. Our favorite restaurants were the Harwich Tavern, Red Nun and Swan River. We took day trips to Hyannis, Chatham and Provincetown. We also bought a trail book and explored so many wonderful walking trails. The bike trail was close by for a walk or a bike ride as well. We loved our stay and highly recommend this sanctuary for a winter get away!!! show more show less

This was the perfect rental for our family! Just steps from the beach, we were able to come back and forth to and from the ocean several times a day. The location is absolutely perfect—It's a quick drive to town where we found lots of delicious restaurants, as well as very easy access to the grocery store. The house itself is absolutely awesome. The open concept kitchen/living room is perfect for spending family time together. It's a very new house that was impeccably clean. Tons of sleeping space for lots of guests, absolutely awesome bathrooms, and incredible outdoor space. We really liked that it was very easy for everyone to be together (lots of island seating, good living room and dining table space) but when it was time to disperse and disappear into our own bedrooms it felt very private, too. We hope to stay here again. It was the perfect place for our family vacation. 10/10 would recommend. show more show less

Our stay at this home was simply wonderful! Marie is easy to reach and helped us every step of the way from suggesting great restaurants to suggesting ways to explore the Cape.

The house is literally a stone's throw to a great beach for walking, swimming and sunbathing. My granddaughter loved going to the beach, but proximity made it simple for us to go back and forth to the house throughout the day.

The house is well equipped, the beds are super comfortable, and the fenced in yard was great. Cookouts were easy. It was nice to show up and not worry about linens or beach towels and chairs. The spotless house is so comfortable that we can't wait to go back next year!!!

Location, location, location!!! This house is steps away from Earle Street beach which has a wide sandy beach which was great for walking and for the kids to dig in the sand. The house is bright, cheerful, and spotless! The open concept first floor was spacious with plenty of seating at the counter and table. There are several outdoor tables so BBQ'ing was easy. The outdoor shower was perfect for the kids after a day on the beach. Plenty off indoor and outdoor games and two tv's plus puzzles. A great get away!!! It's a quick drive to the best ice cream place and lobster rolls mid cape! I'm hoping to return next summer. show more show less
