Bring the family for an unforgettable, quintessential, Cape Cod vacation. This adorable Cape Cod cottage has everything you need for your whole family. Located on a quiet side-street, it is steps from the Cape Cod Railtrail for family bike rides. A ten minute bike ride gets you to Harwich pickleball courts, tennis courts, basketball, grassy fields and a kids dream playground. If you walk or bike the other direction a couple of minutes, you can access 50 acres of Harwich Conservation Trust wooded and field walking trails.

Red River Beach is a short drive away with ample parking. Bank Street Beach is another great nearby beach with a little less parking, but great for sunsets.

Back at the house, there is a screened porch for relaxing or eating family meals together. The ''Good Karma'' backyard patio has a Weber grill and seating. The quiet, fenced-in, grassy backyard has an outdoor shower, hammock, children's tree swing, and gorgeous gardens.

The house is lovingly maintained with AC units throughout for the hot summer days. The master bathroom is newly renovated with tile shower and deep jacuzzi tub. The house is all one floor so only a few steps to get in or out to the porch.

Three bedrooms and a pullout couch are enough room to fit everybody. The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed. The Nantucket room has a full size bed. The Martha's Vineyard room has a convertible Ikea futon with a padded mattress topper- great for kids and grownups alike.     Rick and Mary vacationed on the Cape as children and spent decades bringing their own children to the Cape. Now they've finally been able to buy a place of their own to enjoy hosting their kids, grandchildren and guests at their Cape house.

    What is special about this property?
    This property is on a quiet street and dead ends at the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path. You can bike to Wellfleet, Chatham, Brewster, Orleans, Dennis or Yarmouth. You can walk on the path with the kids to the Harwich children's playground, Brooks Park to play on the playground, watch a pickleball match, play basketball, hit some tennis balls or watch a live band concert at the bandshell on Tuesday nights. You can also walk on the bike path to watch the Harwich Mariners of the Cape Cod Baseball League. You can walk your dogs to Thompsons Field in the Harwich Conservation property.

    What is special about your town?
    Harwich is a fun town with Red River Beach and Bank Street Beach. We have the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Band concerts at Brooks Park, Brooks Public Library and The Harwich Mariners of the Cape Cod Baseball League. Harwich Port is a great place to stroll for coffee or dinner.
