This classic Cape Cod ranch offers central A/C, free wifi, a finished basement, large deck and back yard - perfect for Fido to run around in since this home is pet friendly! Close to Hawks Nest State Park, Long Pond, Pleasant Bay, restaurants and shopping. This centrally-located home is waiting for you to enjoy your summer vacation.

Let Us Tell You About This Home:

As you enter into the large kitchen, you're greeted by hardwood floors and colorful accent pieces. The open floor plan and large kitchen with ample counter space are perfect to keep those conversations flowing while creating a great meal. The dining room is just beyond the kitchen with a beautiful wooden rustic-style table and 4 chairs. The slider leads to large deck and backyard. Gas grill and outdoor dining table for six awaits your favorite BBQ foods.  Across from the dining room is the warm and inviting living room with two couches to relax on and a large flat screen TV for your favorite movie or sports game.

Down the hallway you will find two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Bathroom #1 on your left is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Bedroom #1 is on your right with a Queen bed and a dresser.   Grab a book from the colorful wooden boxes mounted on the wall.  They help create an artsy feel to this space.
Bedroom #2 has a classic, four poster Queen bed with dresser, nightstands and a closet.

Head back to the kitchen to find the door to the finished basement.  Carpeting leads the way to this great extra space. 

Find a desk tucked into the private nook by the stairs. Cornhole and other yard games are conveniently stored under the same set of stairs.

Continue to find a large sectional couch, built-in hardwood bookshelves, a second fireplace (not for guest use) and large TV mounted above.  Colorful flags and creative lighting accent this comfy space where you can just relax any way you want.

Behind the curtains you will find a washer and dryer for your use.
Bathroom #2 is on the left and is a full bath with shower only. 
Bedroom #3 is at the end of the hallway - a large room with two twin beds, desk, dresser and a closet.

There is a slider that leads to the back yard with table and chairs, fire pit with Adirondack chairs and a large yard for games.

A 7-night Friday-to-Friday rental reservation is required during peak summer weeks. Many of our homes offer flexible stays with a 3 night minimum in the offseason.
Guests can bring their own linens or rent from a Linen Service for an extra fee (Bed Sheets, Bath, Beach and Kitchen Towels)
We offer a 4 pm Check-In and 10 am Check-Out

Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included:  A large reusable tote with: 2 rolls of toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, sponge, 2 trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent and hand sanitizer (subject to change based on guest needs and marketplace availability). 

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
No Smoking of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
Pet Friendly homes are for a dog only.  This home allows 1 dog.  With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $200 fee.  A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation. 
 
Max parking of cars at property: 3 - Two cars in driveway, One car on the shells.  No parking on lawn anytime.
Fireplaces are only available for use in the winter months with advance approval from owner. 

Additional Information to Assist You:
Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. State and local taxes are charged if applicable.  
For Reservations made over 60 days away-you can make 2 payments-50% deposit with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival.  We accept Mastercard and Visa for Payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance.

You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book.
