Newly renovated one-half duplex within a short walking distance to the Belmont Road Beach. All new furniture, new gas range, and microwave, freshly painted, and complete bath remodels with walk-in shower.

The unit is fully equipped with a well-appointed kitchen, books, games, Wi-Fi and cable TV, a pool table in the basement, and a washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms with queen size beds and one with two twins bed (all bedding, bath towels, and beach towels are included). Each bedroom has an A/C window unit.

Enjoy the outside shower under the sunny sky. Picnic table and gas grill invite outside dining. Walking distance to restaurants, Sea View Park Recreation Area and Belmont Beach. Because we're so close to the beach, it's convenient to come back to the house for naps or lunch with the kids. You'll love it here.

No Pets. No Smoking.

Fall on Cape Cod is a beautiful thing to experience - warm sunny days and cool evenings, incredible sunsets, and a potpourri of festivals and events to attend. Two nights minimum.

    Awesome West Harwich vacation home!

    This house is exactly as describe and well stocked with everything you need for a vacation! We loved the decor and everything is brand new. It has a great yard and it's a short walk to Belmont Road Beach. It's also close to many restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend!
