This newly renovated home located in Harwich, MA comes ready for your family to have an epic summer vacation! This home is set back off a popular road with a fenced in front yard and beautiful private backyard with a massive deck. You will be a quick ride to the Cape Cod Bike Trail, go karts, golf courses and less than 10 minutes from beaches. Located a quick drive (or short Uber) to both Chatham and HarwichPort where you can enjoy great food, drinks, shopping and ice cream. The Harwich Mariners play right around the corner near one of the best golf courses on the Cape, Cranberry Valley both of which are located about a mile away.

The recently renovated two-bedroom home is designed for families to vacation in comfort. It is bright and sunny and has a fully equipped kitchen, master bedroom with a queen bed and a ''kids'' bedroom with twin bunk beds and a twin over full bunk bed. Both rooms have smart TV's and the kids room has a Nintendo. The living room has a large window for plenty of natural light and a smart TV. The slider off the kitchen leads to our private backyard with a large deck and ample seating to hang out and grill, a wonderful place to kick back and relax. Located just off the deck is a nice big outdoor shower to get all that sand off. Internet access is provided with this property (WIFI). The two car garage has a ping pong table for some family fun. Our rental includes a beach wagon and beach chairs along with beach toys.

Harwich is centrally located and is a quick drive to just about anywhere on the Cape. From Harwich, you can catch the ferry to Nantucket or you can drive 45 minutes to the tip of the Cape and spend the day going on a whale watch and enjoying the sites in Provincetown. The Cape Cod National Seashore Headquarters is 15 minutes away, the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History is a 15 minute drive away as well.     Harwich House

    We had a great time at the Harwich house this summer. Very clean. The back deck is amazing and great for entertaining. The house is far away from the road so you don't have to worry if your kids are playing outside. The central air is a bonus for sure. The house is decorated like a true beach house. The location is a 5-10 minute drive from a few great beaches. Close to downtown Harwich and Chatham makes for a quick easy Uber ride . The house is equipped with the essential beach supplies - chairs, umbrella, beach toys, & towels.

    What is special about this property?
    This property is great for families, toys in the garage, plenty of space to play with a fenced in front yard allows for a lot of family wiffle games and cornhole. This home is centrally located to so many things on the Cape, it's a great landing spot in a private, quiet area while being a short drive to just about anything you could want

    What is special about your town?
    Harwich is a great town, centrally located on the Cape full of beaches and fun things to do. If it's boating, go karts, sunbathing or good food...you have come to the right place! Catch a Harwich Mariners Cape Cod League baseball game or play a round of golf Cranberry Valley. The activities around here will not disappoint!
