The home features central air conditioning and open layout with a kitchen, dining area and living room. The finished basement has a queen sofabed, TV and ping pong table.

You can enjoy outdoor grilling and dining on a quiet, dead end street with a new patio and private deck. It is a 7 minute walk to Grey Neck Beach, 10 minute walk to Earle Road Beach and 12 minute walk to Pleasant Road Beach.

Enjoy great shops and restaurants in the popular Harwichport area (just over a mile away). Close to Cape Cod Rail Trail for biking and local walking trails.
