Bright and airy home set on a quiet street, just minutes from Bank Street Beach, Red River Beach, & downtown Harwich Port. This casual, comfortable house offers the best of both worlds: quiet setting and private back yard, yet minutes from local beaches, shops, restaurants, and bike trails.

Comfortably sleeps eight. First floor primary BR (queen bed) has a large walk-in closet and en suite bath; two additional first floor BRs also come with queen beds; upstairs BR (queen bed) has its own nearby bath and opens to a bonus room that could provide space for a port-a-crib for young families, or be used as an office (with a standing desk and two 27” monitors) for those who need it.

Enjoy preparing meals in the well-appointed kitchen, lounging in the comfortable family room with its gently whirring ceiling fans and 65” 4k UHD Smart TV, or gathering indoors for meals in the DR that seats six to eight. The sun-filled front room offers a cozy escape for quiet reading.

The peaceful outdoor area includes a spacious deck with an outdoor dining set for eight, a Weber natural gas grill, patio furniture (including four comfortable Adirondack chairs,) an outdoor shower, and corn hole. Songbirds visit our bird feeder throughout the day!

Practical amenities include high speed WiFi, four new mini-split AC units, ceiling fans throughout (including one in each bedroom,) washer/dryer, Sonos speakers, new tankless hot water heater, and a fully equipped kitchen. For your trips to the beach, we offer beach chairs & towels, coolers, and five bikes (with locks!) for the peaceful 10 minute ride to the beaches! Bath, bed, and kitchen linens are included with your rental.

Perfectly located near Cape Cod's most popular wedding venues: Wychmere Beach Club (5 minute Uber or drive), Wequassett (10 minutes), Pelham House (10 minutes), Chatham Bars Inn (15 minutes).

Please see the calendar for long weekend availability in the off-season. June - August rentals are minimum 7 nights (Saturday - Saturday.)

    Heavenly Harwich Home!

    Our stay at this beautiful completely renovated home in Harwich was everything we hoped it would be and more! The home was modern, super clean and organized, and had every amenity that you could want. The location was fantastic... there is so much nearby. The gracious homeowners, Jack & Katie, just topped everything off with their friendliness, attention to detail, a lovely welcome basket, and were always there to answer any questions we had. We have been preparing for your stay, and we look forward to sharing all that Harwich has to offer - from beaches on the Sound, to nearby lakes/ponds, bike rides on the nearby trail, and delightful dining and shopping in the Port.     What is special about this property?
    The house is airy and bright, with room for the family to relax. Gather in the large family room for movie night, or grab a book and curl up in the front room. Cook together in the well equipped kitchen, or gather outdoors for a grilled dinner under the umbrella on the deck. After a leisurely day of sun and fun, luxuriate in the outdoor shower, and retire to our comfortable bedrooms, each outfitted with soft linens in beachy colors. Our home is comfortable, quiet, and spacious - a perfect spot to get away from the ordinary hustle and bustle, and truly relax. Everything you need is provided, from beach towels and coolers, to bikes and corn hole.

    What is special about your town?
    Harwich is a delightful town located along Nantucket Sound, featuring a charming Main Street near the beach, as well as the original, historic town center near the bike trail. In ''the port'' are restaurants, shops, and art galleries all in strolling distance from one another - the perfect way to spend a rainy afternoon or to take a break from the sun. Harwich boasts many beaches, both along the sound and at several ponds and lakes - so many places to explore! Hop on a bike and take the trail to Chatham, Dennis, or Brewster - you can even pedal to Seymour Pond, take a nice dip, and dry off by biking home!
