Welcome to The Luna Sea Cottage, a traditional Cape Cod home that has been recently refreshed to include Central A/C and Wifi. Located in desirable downtown Harwich Port, an easy walk to Atlantic Beach or downtown to sample some of the great restaurants and local shops. This property has plenty of room to spread out in 7 bedrooms, with 3 baths, and fun outdoor area. An ideal place for make Cape Cod memories that will last you forever.

This traditional Cape Cod style home is tucked away in the desirable town of Harwich with an easy walk to both beach and town!
Main floor: 2 living rooms, dining, large galley kitchen and first floor master bedroom and sunroom.
Second Floor: has 6 bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Antique hardwood floors great you as you step inside. Enjoy a Red Sox game on the tv centered over the fireplace, grab a seat on the couch or either occasional chair.
The dining room is off the first living room with table and buffet table, enter into the kitchen from the dining room.
The galley-style kitchen has more then enough room for all you need to host a family dinner or back yard BBQ. Kitchen is well equipped with 2 refrigerators and 2 sinks, stove, wine fridge and plenty of cabinet and counter space. This kitchen has two entrances one from the dining and the second from the second living room.
As you leave the kitchen you enter into the second living space with wrap around couch, TV, small eat at table for the kids.
Sliders to the sunroom and outdoor patio area are off this room.
The Sunroom with beautiful white wicker furniture invites you to sit and relax after a busy day of site seeing on Cape Cod! Slider to the fenced-in back yard patio with ample seating and fun nighttime lights or enjoy your favorite libation around the propane fire pit. Grill and outdoor shower are around the back of the house.
Bedroom #1 is also just off the second living room with a Queen bed , dresser, nightstands, closet, and ensuite bath with stand-up shower.
The second floor is off the main living room and holds 6 more bedrooms and 2 full baths.
Bathroom #2 and #3 are identical and are back to back at the top of the stairs on the left. Tub /Shower, toilet, pedestal sinks and closet.
Turn right down the hall to the end where you will find.
Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin beds, dresser, night stand and closet
Bedroom #3 on the right has a Queen bed, nightstand, dresser and closet
Bedroom #4 has a Twin bed, dresser and closet and chair
Bedroom #5 has a Twin bed, dresser, closet and chair
Bedroom #6 has a Queen bed, desk, dresser and closet
Bedroom #7 has 2 Twin beds, dresser, night stand and closet
Washer and Dryer are located in the basement.
Please do not use the fireplaces.
Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included: A large reusable tote with: 2 rolls of toilet paper, tissues, hand soap, sponge, 2 trash bags, dish soap, dishwashing detergent, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent and hand sanitizer (subject to change based on guest needs and marketplace availability).
This home offers Keyless Entry for your convenience.
No Smoking of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
No Pets are allowed inside or outside the home.
Max parking of cars at property: 4. No parking on lawn anytime.

State and local taxes are charged if applicable.
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.
