Exceptional waterfront home in sought after Harwich Port! Located on Oyster Creek off of Allen Harbor, your beautifully landscaped private backyard is just a short stroll from a private, deeded association beach on the Nantucket Sound.

This spacious home has plenty of room for guests with 4 bedrooms, including two on the first floor. The main level Guest Rooms share a full bathroom with tub. Guest Room 1 has a queen bed and Guest Room 2 has two twin beds. The 2nd floor has two additional Guest Rooms, each with their own private bathroom. Guest Room 3 has a queen bed, beautiful skylight for plenty of light and sliders that lead out to a private balcony. Guest Room 4 has two twin beds and has access to a loft nook.

The open concept main level has a spacious kitchen with full refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher and microwave for enjoying meals during your stay. The large living area has skylights creating an abundance of natural light. The dining room has a dining table that can seat 6 and there is an additional eat-in area in the kitchen that can seat 4 as well. You can use those chairs to comfortably seat 10 together in the dining room. The dining room sliders lead to the backyard deck complete with a seating/lounge area to enjoy the private and wooded area, cook a meal on the included gas grill or sit around the fire pit roasting marshmallows. There is an additional family room with a bathroom over the 2 car garage for your enjoyment. Step out back and follow the path to launch your kayaks, paddleboards or just enjoy the beautiful water view on Oyster Cove or spend the day on your private, deeded association Nantucket Sound beach which is just a short walk away.

Nearby, there are numerous harbors and bays for boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, or fishing. If you love golf, The Harwich Port Golf Club is less than 2 miles away.

You will be less than 1.5 miles to beautiful Main Street Harwich Port - great during the day, but even more alive at night. With plenty of shops, restaurants and bars, you can grab a drink and enjoy live music during the summer months. It's all about the atmosphere here that makes Harwich Port quintessential Cape Cod!
