There's a living room area with a flat screen TV mounted on the wall. A beautiful fireplace separates the living room and kitchen, while still having an open concept. The kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully equipped with everything you need.

There's a dining room area with a large table to accommodate everyone in your party. Head down the hall to the first bedroom with a king size bed, dresser and a large closet. The second bedroom has one full bed, one queen bed a dresser and a closet. The newly remodeled bathroom with a shower/tub unit is located next to the 2 bedrooms. Off the kitchen are the french doors that lead to the fenced in backyard, there's an enclosed outside shower, great for after a long day at the beach. The deck area is spacious, with outside furniture, and gas grill, enjoy a cookout while relaxing in the backyard. At the end of the night, sit around the fire pit, toasting marshmallows and discuss your plans for the next day. The basement has a full size washer and dryer, and as an extra bonus a pool table!

Located in Harwich, just 1.4 miles to Bank Street Beach, and the Village of Harwich Port where you'll find great restaurants, shops, live music at the Port and more! Catch the Freedom Cruise Line in Saquatucket Harbor and head over to Nantucket for the day. If you love baseball, watch a game at Whitehouse Field where the Harwich Mariners play from the Cape Cod Baseball League. Play a round of golf at one of the local public courses, there's so much to do!! Harwich is a great central location, take a day trip to Provincetown or head to downtown Hyannis where you'll find museums, the ferry to Martha's Vineyard, dinner cruises, and live entertainment at the Cape Cod Melody Tent.
