Tucked on a back lot in a private neighborhood, Twin Harbors Cottage offers a unique vacation experience.  Located in between Wychmere and Saquatucket Harbors, the cottage has a unique access to both harbors and a private beach. You are a quick walk to Saquatucket Harbor Marina with two restaurants, charter boats and a ferry to Nantucket! Head west to Harwich Port center, just over a half a mile from the cottage.

The cottage is set up with 3 bedrooms, all with private baths! There are two bedrooms on the main level, one with a King bed and one with a Queen.  The main level is also where you’ll find the modest sized yet fully functional kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, microwave and two burner induction cooktop. There is also a living area on the main level. Upstairs is a gorgeous bedroom suite with soaring ceilings, a sitting area, TV and a stunning bathroom. 

The cottage has a shared driveway for access but has parking for up to three vehicles. The main house on the property is nearby but the cottage is situated for good privacy. The cottage of course has high speed Wi-Fi and central AC.  There is also an outdoor patio with a dining set plus a new gas grill.

As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $195. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%.

This property offers a three-night minimum stay during select weeks in May–June and September–November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than seven nights. Stay seven nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
