It has a big, soft sofa and a lot of room to gather and sprawl out when you’re ready to relax. There’s a living room and dining room with beautiful French Doors leading to the back deck.

A front bedroom with a king-size bed, a back bedroom with a queen-size bed, and one full bathroom. The TV room has enough space to put a queen size air mattress if an extra sleep area is what you’re looking for.

There is central air conditioning for additional comfort. The yard offers privacy in the back as well as sunny and shaded areas for outside enjoyment. There is a garage for cooler and beach chair storage.

Less than a mile away is Rt. 28 in Harwich Port with all restaurants (including Dunkin’ Donuts) pizza places, and shops. Interested in a beach day? It’s a short distance to Bank St. Beach(1.4 miles,) Pleasant Rd. Beach (1.9 miles,) and Red River Beach (2.4 miles) Grab a cooler and chair and have fun. Harwich Port Golf Club is less than a mile down the road as well as a supermarket and a Starbucks.

Additionally the Trampoline Center, Bud’s Go-Karts, and Grand Slam Entertainment are less than a mile away! In the other direction you’ll find The Cape Cod Rail Trail (CCRT) is less than a mile away for biking, jogging, and walking.
