We were a family of eight, ranging from 7 months to a young 67. We had plenty of room and everyone found a spot to enjoy whatever activity they were doing. It was very humid that week but there were plenty of fans. The beach was just a short drive down the road and the kids loved it. Everything we needed for trips to the beach or cookouts were all available at the house. We found the location to be perfect to visit several parts of the Cape. Had a great time and hope to return next year.

We have rented this house two years in a row over New Year's. We had 4 couples and it is a perfect layout. The house is cozy and the beds are very comfortable. They have a great new ping pong table in the basement.

We stayed at this home August, 2017, for a week as a family getaway. Our kids have grown and live in different places, so we decided to bring everyone together for a family retreat. This home was perfect! The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The open living room, dining room and kitchen make it perfect for entertaining and conversing! The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to create a gourmet meal.

Two bedrooms downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. All bedrooms are large and nicely decorated. The owners supplied the linens and towels!! Off the kitchen is a two level deck with 2 patio dining tables, gas grill, fire pit, and swing set. The fun we had with the fire pit just catching up with family and making s'mores was priceless. Other items in the storage shed were corn hole, bikes and kayaks. The corn hole game was great with our older kids!

The Pleasant Road beach is a short walk--about a block and half. It is a great beach! I highly recommend this property!! Thank you to Mike and Beth for sharing your wonderful home with us! We'll be back!! Sue and Will Galligan show more show less

We rented this home recently for 2 weeks. It is lovely and was a great house for our family to come together for our vacation. It offers an open kitchen/living room and new appliances. The bedrooms and closets are large. The two full bathrooms are roomy with a new washer/dryer on the first floor. It was very convenient to have all the necessary sheets and also bath towels provided during our stay. It is an easy walk to very nice Pleasant Road Beach. The location is also convenient to stores, restaurants and Sundae School ice cream. Monomoy Island Excursion Tours is just up the street where our family booked a seal tour. The owners are very responsive and accommodating to work with. Their hospitality and attention to detail during our stay was very appreciated. show more show less
