The cottage is conveniently situated with just a two-minute walk to great restaurants and unique boutiques and a seven-minute walk to beaches and the ferry. Enjoy views of the Oak Bluffs harbor from the porch, front parlor and yard.
Seven rooms include front parlor, spacious living room, sitting room and completely new kitchen and full bathroom downstairs and two bedrooms and a half bath upstairs. The cottage is decorated with Victorian furniture and original paintings of Martha's Vineyard. The freshly painted and modernized first floor with an open floor plan is a great setting for your next vacation.

The cottage has a full-sized bed in the front upstairs bedroom with balcony, views of the Oak Bluffs harbor and a ceiling fan. The spacious second bedroom has two twin beds, ceiling fan and bay windows with tons of light. The living room also has day bed that converts from twin to king-sized bed. Ideal for couple or family of four. Maximum four people.
