The home overlooks Hartford Park, a quiet residential park in the heart of the historic Copeland District. Within walking distance are public tennis courts, children's playgrounds, basketball court, and a practice golf area. Public transportation is nearby, as well as ferries to Woods Hole, Falmouth, Hyannis, New Bedford and Nantucket. Car, jeep, motorcycle, bike, boat and jet ski rentals are also nearby. The sandy lifeguarded Town Beach and Circuit Ave are a short stroll away. On Circuit Ave you'll find movie theaters, game room, clubs and pubs, shopping, ice cream and coffee shops, as well as a food market and post office. Restaurants nearby will satisfy everyone's tastes.
