You can't be any more directly on the beach than this! Wait'll you see the sunsets over the Bay! The beach is not only beautiful and mere steps from the house, it's also private for this property only, just two houses west of the town's Saints Landing Beach. At low tide, you can walk straight out on the Brewster Flats for a mile or more, where kids of all ages make interesting discoveries in the tidal pools. You can also walk about 20 minutes or bike only five up the road to the iconic Brewster Store, a classic general store where you can commune with the locals as you enjoy your morning coffee or an ice cream treat from the Brewster Scoop next door.
Outdoor Living Spaces
This property takes full advantage of its waterfront location, mostly due to a house-wide deck overlooking the beach and bay. There is plenty of comfortable seating on the deck, including an umbrella shaded round table and chairs. There's a second, smaller deck on the south side of the house which is where the gas grill can be found. You'll want to be home when sunset approaches. Often, the afterglow on the clouds up the bay is even more spectacular than the sunset itself.<br />Indoor Living Spaces<br />Thanks to lots of large windows, virtually every space in the house has a water view.<br />That includes the open, social kitchen, which has been updated with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Here you'll find everything you need to prepare and serve meals for your group of up to 10. There is a large kitchen peninsula with counter seating for three. The kitchen flows nicely into the dining area, which seats up to 10 and enjoys a panoramic view of the bay, of course. The kitchen and dining area step down three stairs to the primary living room, which offers plenty of lounge seating and a fresh perspective on the water, and at low tide, the famous Flats. <br />Sleeping Accommodations<br />All five bedrooms are on the second level. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed except for one, which has a pair of comfy twins. One of the queen bedrooms has its own TV. As you might expect, water views abound from most bedrooms. The home has three full bathrooms, one on the main level, two upstairs. Please note: Central AC is only on the second level with the bedrooms.<br />Easy to Book<br />Please enter your travel dates in the top right corner of this page for up-to-date pricing. This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. Fall season bookings with 4-night minimum. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed.
