Have a great vacation on beautiful Cape Cod in this charming well taken care of home located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy less than one mile from Pleasant Bay and only minutes from all Chatham beaches, fish pier, main street, town landing and bike trail. The home has 2 large bedrooms upstairs.The first bedroom has a queen bed and 1 twln bed. The second bedroom has 3 twin beds. Both bedrooms are large with plenty of room and both have AC window units. The home has a full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. Downstairs has a large living room great for working, reading or game playing, Den with large flat screen television with full size pull out sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Large deck partially covered, enclosed outdoor shower with tankless hot water, gas grill, beach chairs, beach towels and all linens, bath/hand towels included. House is also equipped with all soaps and paper products.

Great summer home

We are very happy with this home and rent it for two weeks every summer. (10 years). This home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation.

Grilling out on the deck after the outdoor shower completes your beach day. Also has a full kitchen and large rooms.

Great restaurants and shopping nearby in Chatham. You do need a car for beaches further than Pleasant Bay and restaurants. Nice quiet area, great for walking/ running.

This home is clean, has cable TV DVD, but no wireless. Five minute drive to anything you need, without traffic once you know the local roads. show more show less
