Water Views & Just 500 ft. to Beach!! Enjoy your Cape Cod vacation at this 4 bedroom, 3 bath Chatham vacation rental. At this lovely home you will be just under 500 ft. from Pleasant Street beach on Nantucket Sound and enjoy gorgeous water views.

Beautiful well maintained home. Professionally landscaped grounds with bushes and trees providing great privacy. The upper level has a fully equipped kitchen, separate dining room, living room with wood burning fireplace, all with ocean views. There are 3 good size bedrooms with large closets and some antique furniture, and 2 bathrooms (family-2 sinks & en suite master). The deck expands across the south side of the home overlooking a lovely Nantucket Sound beach and is accessible from sliding doors off the dining room.

There is central A/C, WiFi internet access, Cable TV, DVD and everything else you need in the kitchen. Lower level has sliding doors which exit out to ground level and beach with partial privacy area to keep beach items (beach umbrellas and chairs are provided). There is a bar area (not wet) a large TV room with leather furniture, wood burning fireplace and bathroom. Game room has regulation size pool table, closets, dressers, and a trundle bed with a twin bed and another popup 2nd twin bed. There is a large walk thru laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Beyond is the ''kids'' room with a set of bunk beds, dresser, armoire, toddler bed, children's books & toys.

Additional amenities include: whole house fan, central air conditioning, TVs in living room, kitchen and master bedroom which has a King bed with newer mattress. Bedroom #2 has new extra long twin beds (linens are supplied) that can be made into a king-(king linens not supplied just bedspread), Bedroom #3 has a 4 poster Queen bed with newer mattress. Children books and toys. 2 highchair/youth booster seats and a Pak-n-Play. Outside has shower, 2 grills; a Weber charcoal grill and a gas grill. read more show less
