Enjoy our brand new, spacious, custom built home located only 1/2 a mile to Pleasant St/Forest St Beaches. This large, open concept design is perfect for family gatherings and features a rear deck with a large back yard. There is a bike path and town owned tennis court nearby.

The house has central air conditioning and sleeps 10. The first floor contains a master bedroom suite with a king size bed, a tiled walk-in shower, and double sinks. Upstairs bedrooms include a 2nd floor master suite with 2 queen sized beds and a tiled walk-in shower. You will also find another bedroom with a queen size bed as well as a third bedroom with 2 twin size beds. These rooms share a bathroom with a tiled tub/shower unit.

There are many built-ins along with hardwood floors throughout, tiled bathrooms and laundry room, as well as a central vacuum system.

    We were so lucky to rent this stunning new house for our family. Living here is a joy. The open plan living/dining/kitchen is perfect for large get-togethers, especially in summer since it opens to a beautiful deck. Every amenity is at hand: high-end appliances, washer/dryer, high-speed internet, gas fireplace, etc. Loved being close to Forest Beach. Excellent place for large family groups because each bedroom is large, well-appointed and has a bathroom. Spotlessly clean. The owners are fantastic people who have anticipated your every need.     Perfect Thanksgiving

    We loved this house!!! The owners put a lot of thought into this house. It is beautifully appointed but comfy and cozy. There is plenty of space for all to be comfortable together and there are quiet spaces as well. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms luxurious! We were close enough for walks to the beach, and town and grocery were a short car ride. We did not want to leave but will definitely rent this house again. The owners were wonderful to work with.
