Joann was a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. The house was quaint and just the right size with all the creature comforts to enjoy a home away from home. Location of home is optimal, being just a few steps from the sound.

I enjoyed having my morning coffee on the back deck while looking out at the water. Very pleased with my stay, would definitely return.

This house is just perfect for a family Cape vacation. We are a family of 5 (3 kids- ages 8, 6, and 3) and the house has plenty of space for all of us to comfortably fit. The house is very clean, updated kitchen and bathroom. The beds are comfortable, and the house overall is very cozy and welcoming. My kids are obsessed with the outdoor shower! The back deck is our favorite place to eat lunch, fresh sea air and a view! There is a new grill out there, perfect for lunch or dinner with an easy clean up.

The private beach is small but perfect for a family, and you can't beat the 1 minute walk! We would leave our stuff and come back to the house to eat lunch so we did not have to carry heavy coolers down. I would bring my son back up to nap, just so convenient.

You are close to restaurants, and downtown Chatham where there are so many cute shops, great ice cream and restaurants. Not just 10 minutes down the road is Macs Chatham Seafood and Lobster, such good food and really good for families.

We have stayed here for two summers and will definitely be staying again - I wouldn't even look for a different place, I found a gem with this one! They have updated the house since our first visit, even better! The owners are wonderful, quick with responses, and accommodating. My family spent a phenomenal week at this cottage. The pictures represent the house well, the back deck makes for a perfect place to eat, grill and relax, listening to the waves. The view is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet and friendly, and you are steps away from the beach! Great spot all around and Joann was easy to communicate with.

We had a fantastic stay here! The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Our family of three (2 adults, 1 toddler) fit with room to spare. Having a private beach so easy to access was amazing, especially with a toddler. Overall, it was a wonderful escape for our family and we'd love to return.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at this cute cottage. It has a lovely view of Nantucket Sound from the spacious deck and is tastefully furnished. The beach is just a 2 minute walk down the street and we went every day. The pictures and description from the homeowner are very accurate which is nice when renting and the homeowners were responsive and nice to deal with. Quiet and pretty area of Chatham.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Chatham cottage. It's remarkably spacious for its size and offered a simply stunning view of the Nantucket sound. A beautiful, private beach was a very short walk from the cottage and it's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. Joann was lovely to communicate with-- very helpful and responsive. My family and I will definitely return!

My sister and I spent a week at this cottage, and we felt at home immediately. The cottage is cozy and charming. We LOVED the furnishings -- beautiful living room. It felt very roomy. So many extras were included, which amazed us. This is definitely a gem. The views of the bay are beautiful also. After driving all over the Cape, we decided Chatham is our favorite, and this is definitely a place we would love to go to again. Wonderful neighborhood !!!
