It overlooks a pond and has direct access to the Shining Sea Bikeway: 9 scenic miles to Woods Hole... bike past cranberry bogs and saltmarshes to beautiful beaches. The studio has a private entrance and deck overlooking the pond.

The space is bright & airy with high ceilings & ceiling fan. There are hardwood floors, tile, a granite counter in the kitchenette, white trim & beadboard. The kitchenette has an under-counter refrigerator, microwave & toaster oven. There is a deck to enjoy the wildlife and great sunsets. This is a perfect, romantic getaway, convenient to the Bourne Bridge and 2 miles from Old Silver Beach. Why Falmouth? It's easy to get here, only 10 miles from the Bourne Bridge! We have 68 miles of coastline, 10 public beaches along Buzzards Bay and Vineyard Sound. Our studio is just off historic 28A in N. Falmouth, only 2 miles to one of the most popular beaches -- Old Silver. Chapoquoit & Megansett beaches are also closeby.

We have direct access to the 10.7 mile long Shining Sea Bikeway, where you can enjoy ocean, salt marsh and cranberry bog views along the way to Woods Hole.

Great restaurants & shopping at boutiques on Main St., art galleries & antique shops, summer stock light opera, band concerts overlooking Falmouth Harbor, Woods Hole Film Festival, Cape Cod Baseball League, ferries to the Vineyard and more! Something fun to explore and a quiet space to relax and unwind. You will not be disappointed!

    Delightful studio

    This studio is delightful! Carol and Lee are great hosts and clearly put a lot of thought into making this a welcoming and comfortable place to stay. It was a true home away from home. The view of the pond is wonderful. Location was convenient but out of the summer hubbub of Falmouth itself and was very quiet. I highly recommend staying here.

    Beautiful, clean and quiet spot

    We spent a long weekend at this lovely, quiet and comfortable apartment, courtesy of its accommodating hosts/homeowners. With the Shining Sea bike path and pond right out the door, we had plenty to keep us busy. The apartment is separated from the main house so privacy is guaranteed for all. We will definitely return.

    Beautiful Place!

    Our week was very easy and peaceful in this pretty location. The place truly was as pictured, and the owners were helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed kayaking in the picturesque pond, and the easy access to the bike trail. We look forward to our next visit. Great place!

    This is a great location (right off bike path, close to many beaches and towns, quiet) and has a lot to offer a couple or small family. The studio is airy, bright, and has a nice decor (hardwood floors, granite countertops). We are avid cyclists, so we really appreciated having the option of storing our bikes in the secured basement area (we had 4 bikes!). The grounds are lovely and there is great birdwatching from the deck. Carol and Lee were very hospitable, kind, and accommodating to requests. show more show less

    One word in Italian can sum up our experience at this jewel of a studio in North Falmouth " STUPENDE ". Translation: OUTSTANDING. Carol and Lee's hospitality made our experience in North Falmouth even more enjoyable. The studio apartment is clean and extremely well maintained. Its location right off 28A is ideal for a short trip to all amenities.
