I've rented my home for many summers with quite a few guests returning every year. I take great pride in my home and gardens and meet every guest to show them around the property. I'm always close by and always available to rectify any problem that that may occur. I make it a point that guests consider my home theirs during their stay.
What is special about this property?
The home is located on a 2 acre lot on Jenkins Pond, really a 100 acre lake, at the end of a private road with no traffic surrounded by the lake on 3 sides, secluded, enchanted and very private. The house sits high above the lake with lighted stone steps down to a private beach with a beach shack (an old food stand transported from the ocean) that houses boating equipment - oars, sails, etc,), There is a dock as well as a canoe, kayaks, row boat and sunfish for use by guests with a fire pit for evening campfires. The lake is crystal clear for swimming, great boating and fishing with no motors allowed. The house has a wonderfully appointed gourmet kitchen with all utensils anyone would need, twin ovens, electric cook stove, microwave, wi-fi, 4 bedrooms, 3 & 1/2 baths, central air, family room, living room and a grand piano. All linens and towels are supplied. There are twin stone patios on 2 sides of the house with a grille, superb lawns, gardens and glorious lake views. Ocean beaches and downtown are only 4 miles away.
