Located a short distance (3/10 mile) from a private association beach for relaxing or kayaking on beautiful Waquoit Bay.

Relax at the Association Pool or enjoy a leisurely game of tennis. Or enjoy a meal at the clubhouse.

We had a wonderful time at the "Summer Coop". The cottage was perfect for our family of four. Quiet neighborhood which was great for walks and bike rides. The cottage was very clean and had all the necessities. Highly recommend!

Amazing!!!

Beautiful cottage!! This is perfect for a family of six. Great location and a short walk to a private beach. Would LOVE to come back again!! Best cottage we have ever rented.

Mark and Janice have owned a second home for 15 years in Falmouth and in May 2019 moved into their home permanently. We live 3 miles from the property. We spent the winter/spring of 2020 updating the homes interior and yard on Ovington Drive.

What is special about this property?
The home is quaint and warm. It has been updated to better suit any guests that will be staying.

What is special about your town?
Falmouth is full of activity. The best restaurants and shop, not to mention 10 beautiful beaches. A quick ride on the Island Queen ferry to Marthas Vineyard.
