The home has a nicely maintained, sunny back yard to enjoy the outdoors with a stamped concrete patio, patio furniture, Weber grill, fire pit and outdoor shower. Open floor plan indoors with well appointed, modern kitchen perfect for gatherings. Two downstairs bedrooms have one queen bed and a comfy pull out sofa. Both bedrooms have smart TVs. Full bath with walk-in shower on the first floor. Upstairs has two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has a queen and two XL-twin beds. Full bath upstairs with tub and shower. Washer and dryer in the basement. House is equipped with dual zone heating and A/C and smart TVs to access your streaming services.

Quiet neighborhood with a couple restaurants within walking distance as well as a shopping center.

Please note, if you do a google search for the property, Google street view has a picture from 2011 before the home was renovated. That is not an accurate description of the property and unfortunately there is no way for me to change it. A MLS search can confirm the house is as shown in these pictures.

    This house has everything: a fully stocked kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a large dining table, central air conditioning, a great back yard, a shed to store bikes and beach chairs, an outdoor shower, comfortable beds, and much, much more. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but there is a path at the end of the street that leads to a shopping center. It is about a 3 minute walk to the pond, less than a 5 minute drive to Bristol and Falmouth Heights Beaches, and a 7 minute drive to Falmouth Center. The house is super clean and the owner is very responsive. Two weeks wasn't enough! show more show less

    Perfect Cape Cod Rental

    We loved our stay in Falmouth at this home. Inside is decorated perfectly, great beds and plenty of kitchen supplies. The location between Great Pond and the beach is awesome. We walked along Great Pond probably twice a day! The beach is very friendly and not crowed. The beach is a short car ride, quick bike ride and a longer walk. We did all of the above. The backyard is perfect for eating outside and has an outdoor shower, which is terrific. We have been going to the Cape for years, but it was our first time to Falmouth and it is a great place to visit. show more show less
