Bring your bikes and cruise around the family friendly neighborhood. The association provides lifeguards in July/August, swim to raft, participate in family activities, tennis courts and playground. The neighborhood is a throwback to the old days.

The home has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths- sleeps 12. The beautiful bright modern home contains all the amenities you would want on vacation. The downstairs contains an open floor plan, kitchen, eating area and family room with door to screened in porch. The upstairs contains 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and an open loft area containing a twin pullout chair. The master bedroom has a king bed with en suite bath (Shower only). Bedroom 2 contains double bunk beds. Bedroom 3 contains double bunk beds and a pullout twin trundle. There is a full bath (tub/shower) that contains a washer/dryer.

The detached garage has a full bath (shower only) and an upstairs loft with 4 twin XL beds plus a TV.

There is an outdoor shower, gas grill, play structure and large grass yard. There is room for 4 cars to park. The home is nestled down a private, unpaved, dead end street.

The home has all the amenities if you want to unwind or stay connected (Internet/ Cable TV), Keurig, Blender, Breville Smart Oven Air Fryer, Dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Mini-split systems in garage.

Come relax and make memories in the wonderful beach community of New Silver Beach. If you want to get out and explore, our home is conveniently located on Cape Cod. We are a short 10 minute car ride to one of Cape Cod's most desirable beaches, Old Silver Beach. Hop on your bike or rent bikes 5 minutes from the house and get on the Shining Sea Bike path (10 mile paved bike path) to Woods Hole. Catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard for the day or head out to a Cape Cod League baseball game and support the Falmouth Commodores and watch a future baseball star.
