New listing -. Premier location at the end of a dead-end street in the heart of everything Falmouth has to offer - Surf Drive Beach, downtown restaurants and shopping, harbor and Shining Sea Bike Path.

Extraordinary natural serene local with panoramic views overlooking a forever protected Heron and Osprey filled salt marsh. An extraordinary southern exposure sun-filled 1484 sq ft home with 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms, and incredible open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, wrap around decks and a very private yard. There is also an outdoor shower and two grills on a large deck.

We have one queen, a double, and two twin beds. The queen bedroom has a private full bath, and two sinks. It has access to the backyard through a slider that goes to the deck.

The house is equipped with all the essentials, including all linens, towels, beach towels, chairs and two grills. Lawn games - corn hole and ladder ball.

We have 3 large portable AC systems located in the sun room, kitchen/dining room, and master bedroom. The two other bedrooms feed off of those, and fans will also be in those rooms. We are waiting on our central AC to be installed.

    Beautiful seaside home with amazing sunset views

    We had a relaxing and fun two weeks at Nancy and Dave's beautiful Cape home by the ocean. It was the perfect location to rest and recharge as you feel one with nature given the proximity to the osprey filled salt marsh. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets each night after spending days at the beach.

    Nancy and Dave are gracious hosts and were timely and detailed in their communication. There were great amenities available which was a bonus since we traveled out of state. The biggest plus for us is that they had a new working grill with plenty of gas in the tank, which prior to our finding this new property, had been an issue with other Cape rentals. It was so nice to be able to grill on the deck every night.

    This is a prime location and one any family would enjoy given the layout of the home and property, the proximity to the beach, the downtown village shopping/dining and the bike path. We will definitely be returning to this one of a kind home next summer.

    A big thanks to Nancy and Dave for ensuring such a smooth process and being so accommodating. Looking forward to creating new memories in the summer of '23.

    Great House and Location!!

    We had a wonderful family vacation at Nancy and Dave's beautiful Falmouth home. The house was super comfortable with all the amenities we needed including grill(s), an outdoor shower, beach chairs, board games, beach towels, linens and so much more!

    The location is amazing! An easy walk to the beach, the bike path, and a quick drive to downtown Falmouth and Woods Hole! The marsh views were stunning and create a real sense of space and privacy. We enjoyed beautiful evening sunsets from the front and side decks.

    Nancy was super responsive, communicative and so very nice to deal with both before and during our vacation. We highly recommend this wonderful vacation home. We hope to be back next summer!!     show more show less
