Just steps away to Old Silver Beach and Herring River. Go down the path to the Old Silver Beach parking lot and enjoy either Herring River or head to Old Silver Beach. This house has it all! New construction with open concept living. Property includes 4 bedrooms and 4 baths with a large den. On the first floor there is a chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a wine fridge and quartz countertops. Primary bedroom with king bed, TV and full bath leads to side deck. At the end of the day you can cook on the Weber grill and enjoy eating dinner outside on the deck. Afterward you can cook s'mores in the fire pit!

Second floor has another primary bedroom with a queen bed and bath and 2 more bedrooms - one with a king bed and one with a queen bed and a double day bed and an additional bath. Second floor great room has huge couch and TV with ping pong table and stocked with puzzles and games. This room leads out to the upper roof deck with a hot tub, outdoor shower and stunning views of the Herring River. Take the kayaks out and cruise down the river or go for a swim. At the end of the day, sit out on the Farmer's Porch with a cool beverage in hand!

Minutes from the Shining Sea Bike path. Close to local restaurants and 10 minutes to downtown Falmouth.

    Breathtaking

    Oh my god where do I even start?! What a beautiful home!! Practically brand new, the decorating is to die for. I left and immediately wanted to redecorate my entire house. Such a perfect location with a short scenic walk to the beach. Wait until you see the sunsets… trust me, you'll spend every night watching from the rooftop hot tub. The owners are amazing too, I cannot recommend this listing enough!! Run don't walk!!!

    We loved this house. Everything was clean and new. The beach is literally across the street and the Herring River is just behind the house and perfect for my small children. Planning to return this year! We had soooo much fun !

    My husband and I loved our stay with our family in this lovely peaceful home! We loved the comfy beds, the hot tub, location, etc. Felt like a home away from home. This is such a beautiful section of Falmouth and is just a short walk (2 or 3 minutes) to Old Silver Beach - which is absolutely a gem of a beach. Thank you so much for offering your home as a vacation rental! It provided instant vacation for us. We cant wait to come back!

    My family has been in West Falmouth for over 50 years and I recently built my own house. My husband and I have 3 grown children all out working.

    What is special about this property?
    My house is so close to Old Silver Beach. You just walk down the path from my side yard - about 100 steps into the Old Silver Beach parking lot and the beach is across the street. You can also hang out at Herring River and swim at high tide. It is a great area for kids to play.

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth is just over the Bourne Bridge so the traffic tends to be better than the Sagamore bridge. Falmouth offers many restaurants, the shining sea bike path and lots of shopping in town. Not too far away is Hyannis where the Cape Cod Chip factory is and whale watching tours among many other activities.
