Enjoy the beauty of the Cape in our renovated retreat. The home features four bedrooms with a large outdoor space giving you lots of room inside and out. The home will wow you with its modern touches inside, outdoor seating and a fire pit for all to enjoy. Our home is located on Seacoast Shores in East Falmouth. This quintessential neighborhood on a peninsula on the Cape with a clubhouse, pool, tennis court and private bay beach. You won’t run out of things to do while on vacation!

Upon entering this split level home you will find a half flight of stairs up and down to the different levels. Going upstairs you will find a beautifully decorated living room with a couch and two swivel chairs. The ornamental fireplace is topped with a large screen TV that you can log into your streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. The room has tons of natural light with big bay windows in the living room and a sliding glass door in the adjacent kitchen.

The light and bright completely new kitchen features quartzite countertops, gas stove and stainless steel appliances. The spacious eat-in kitchen also includes a large island that has seating for eight people to make preparing dinners easy and fun. The fully stocked kitchen includes all the necessary dishes and utensils needed to feed all your family and friends. The kitchen has a k-cup/drip combo style coffee pot to enjoy your morning coffee. The wine cart also has all the tools needed to make your craft drinks or enjoy a nice bottle of wine.

Through the sliding glass doors you will find a balcony complete with an outdoor seating area and a gas BBQ to prepare the perfect meal. Take the stairs from the balcony down to the large outdoor eating area and enjoy the outdoors while the kids play in the large, partially fenced backyard.

Downstairs you will find another large seating area with an extra large sectional sofa with lots of pillows and fun wallpaper and electric fireplace. Another bay window makes this room nice and bright and also has light from the attached wet bar area with a sliding glass door that leads out to the large seating area in the backyard.

The home boasts 4 large bedrooms all tastefully decorated with a contemporary feel. For easy planning here are the bedroom layouts:
Bedroom 1 - King size bed
Bedroom 2 - Queen size bed
Bedroom 3 - King size bed
Bedroom 4 - Twin bunk bed and full size bed

There are two full size bathrooms, one located on each floor. One bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a double sink vanity while the other has a tiled stand up shower, a double sink vanity and a new set of front load laundry machines.

We are delighted to host you for your upcoming stay! The owner of the house lives here while guests are not staying. Some personal effects may be around. With this in mind we ask that you treat the house with utmost respect.

While you are staying with us:
-No parties.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside within 50ft or near a window.
-Quiet hours begin at 11PM, at this time all guests should be off all exterior spaces, this is not a curfew.
-No Pets are allowed
-No refunds to be given for shortened stays and for any cable, internet, WI-FI, heating, cooling, or power outages or other acts of nature.

No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart. read more show less
