    I'm a full-time New York resident and recently retired. I've been going to the Cape cod (Martha's Vineyard) family summer home all my life. I recently purchased another home in Falmouth to enjoy different part of Cape cod.

    What is special about this property?
    Newly built in 2023. Everything is brand new in the house. Huge front and backyards located in a quiet cul-de-sac near Falmouth town center. There are three beautiful town beaches within 7mins drive. Family friendly farms with animals within 5mins drive. Shining sea bike path along the shore for family bike rides and many other fun activities.

    What is special about your town?
    This house is nearby, Cape Cod children's museum, Mashpee Commons shopping center and Falmouth country club. Also consider Mashpee river reservation and stand up and paddle Cape Cod. There are also nearby farms with vegetable gardens and many fun animals for the kids to enjoy. Enjoy family bike rides at the shining sea bike path along the ocean shore. Also enjoy Falmouth woods hole science aquarium (free for all visitors), Woods hole Oceanographic Institution Ocean Science Discovery Center & store. Visit the Nobska Lighthouse and the Woods hole museum.
