The neighborhood:
We are located on a quiet street in East Falmouth just minutes from several public beaches, deep water boating, Mashpee Commons with its restaurants and shops, hiking trails, and craft breweries. Only three miles from the Popponesset Inn and Marketplace, including the Raw Bar, famous for their lobster rolls. Easy access to both upper and lower cape towns, and the islands - this is the perfect launching point to all things Cape Cod.
The home:
We have three proper bedrooms that comfortably sleep six (one king, two queens), along with two dedicated work spaces within 2 of the bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with tubs, 1/2 bath, and outdoor shower with changing area. The fully equipped kitchen with all necessary chef’s tools and island opens up to a dining room table seating 8. The home has ample room for privacy and space to spread out including a vaulted ceiling great room with gas fire place, roomy TV/game room with 58” Roku TV, and a three-season screened porch where you can relax or eat while enjoying the outdoors bug free!
French doors from the kitchen lead to the deck, grill, and beautiful outdoor conversation area with couch, chairs, gas fire pit table, and private yard. Herb garden is cared for on the property and we encourage guests to use what they like during their stay at our home. We want our home to feel like yours!
Guest access:
You will have full access to the first and second floor, the backyard, our outdoor patio/grill/shower and garage and driveway parking for 3 cars. Street parking is not allowed overnight.
