This stunning 3BR, 2.5BA retreat blends Nancy Meyers-style charm with unforgettable experiences.
Lounge in the 6-person sauna, gather around the fire pit or sip your morning coffee on the spacious deck.
Inside, enjoy vaulted ceilings, a chef’s kitchen with Carrera marble, spacious bedrooms and luxe furnishings.
Watch movies in the media room, play retro games, bike the Cape Cod Rail Trail (6 bikes incl), or paddle out on 4 kayaks—lots of experiences!

The split level house is situated on a knoll overlooking Hinckley Pond in Harwich.
Inside you’ll find an open concept, living room, dining room and kitchen. Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, West Elm and Anthropologie furniture and decor.

Down half a flight of stairs, you’ll find the media room with an 85” TV and comfy leather furniture that fully reclines and a half bath.

Up half a flight upstairs are the 3 bedrooms.
The primary is en suite with a full bath with shower/tub. The bedroom has a king bed and a 55” TV. No closet, but there is an armoire for your use.

The second bedroom also has a king bed and a workstation with a desk and a chair or can be used as a vanity with a lighted makeup mirror. There’s also a 55” TV. There is a full closet and two small dressers.

The third bedroom has two queen beds, a 50” TV, a closet and dresser.

Through the sliders in the dining room, you can access the deck with seating for eight at the outdoor dining set and a large couch with coffee tables for morning, coffee or an evening glass of wine.

A few steps off the deck is the 8-person sauna, the fire pit area with more outdoor couches, a propane fire pit and a fountain.

Walk down the knoll to pick up the kayaks and launch them right next to the property. 4 other houses on the street use that lake access.

We also provide 6 adult bikes/helmets for your use. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is a 3 minute walk from Water’s Edge.

We also have a large outdoor shower behind the house with a dressing room attached.

Your choice of barbecue grills, Webber charcoal or propane gas grill!
