This house is incredibly nice, with renovated kitchen and bathrooms. It's very clean, with beds made for us upon arrival. We appreciated the updated furniture and newer, comfortable mattresses. We particularly loved the screened 3-season sunroom, where we spent a lot of time. The short walk to the beach made it easier with children. Although we visited in the fall and didn't need to use the central AC, I can see it would be appreciated during the summer. Communication with Nina was easy, and she was very responsive. Location was great. The house was nice. The living room could use some new furniture. There is not really anywhere to store snacks etc in the kitchen so we used the dining room table since we weren't using that room. The house is not new and there were some things that could use some work. The contract is very strict so I tried to look around the house when we got there so check on things. The dishwasher worked but we were afraid to use it because it looked like it was going to fall out. The outdoor shower only came out as a trickle so it was really only for rinsing our feet, not an actual shower. The bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. I wish each room had a dresser but there were some closets. It was nice to have a washer and dryer but I wish there was a line out back to hang towels and bathing suits. If you are looking for a place where you can have visitors, this is not it. The owner makes it very clear in the contract. She is also very strict about stains on the towels and sheets. I was double and triple checking everything before we left. The contract is very long and very strict and I found communication to be difficult. show more show less

This was our first time staying in the Harwich area and we loved it! Great house location, close to a number of beaches, as well as local attractions (mini-golf and go-carts). You are also very close to a number of restaurants. House has nice updates and plenty of sleeping space. The backyard is also very nice.

First time out to Cape Cod (from Chicago) so had little information to go on in planning our trip. A friend suggest weneedavacation.com which is where I found this home. Great location (took in several Cape Cod League games) with easy access to beaches, restaurants, sites, etc. Quiet area just off the main roads and easy walking distance to Earle Road beach.

The home is very nice with plenty of room and a great screened porch. Beds are comfortable and bedrooms are spacious. Main living area is comfortable but we really didn't spend much time inside. A/C helped quite a bit as most days were very warm.

I would certainly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to rent again. show more show less

The house was very clean and in a great location. Close to Harwichport, plenty of activities for both kids & adults. The sun porch was our favorite place to relax. The owner was responsive & helpful.

Nina's vacation house is excellent! This single family house has central AC and beautiful furniture. Nice and clean. The house location is also great. It close to beach and restaurant. It is an ideal vacation house.

I rented this house for my family to stay in the weekend for my wedding. This house was perfect! First of all, it's ver clean and well maintained. It is not far from the wedding venue Wychmete Beach Resort. The house is only a short walk to the beach and it is nicely renovated and beautifully decorated which you don't find a lot in Cape Cod. The owner also provided us linens and towels which is really a plus for our party. I highly recommend this house for any family for lead yore or wedding stay. Simply beautiful. show more show less
