This home is the last house before the beach! Just steps to Red River Beach. There are gorgeous views to take in here of Nantucket Sound, Inner water ways & marsh area. Just an absolute gem of a location.

Perfectly located between the most iconic Cape Cod villages in Chatham and Harwich Port. There are fantastic restaurants and shops. In Harwich Port there is a high speed ferry if you want to take a day trip to Nantucket Island. There are seal tours, Monomway Island Tours and so much more to enjoy.
Apprx. 1 mile to Bike Trail on Depot Rd.
Apprx. 8/10ths of a mile to Bucas Tuscan Roadhouse Restaurant.
Apprx. 1 mile to Harwich Port Village
Apprx. 5 miles to Chatham Village

WIFI, 6 Beach Chairs, gas grill, great decks with views. Sleeps up to 6. 3 Bedroom / 2.5 bathroom.

No A/C Sorry but there are fans and with windows open the ocean breeze makes it so sweet.

No Smoking / No Pets

Cooking / Serving Utensils, Fridge / Freezer, Stove/ Oven, both Traditional and Keurig Coffee makers, Iron and ironing board, Cable TV on 2 TVS, Blender, Toaster, Lobster Pot, washer and dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

First Bedroom is on 1st floor and has a Queen Bed
2nd Bedroom is on 1st floor and has 2 Twin Beds
3rd Bedroom is on upper floor and has a King bed

The Kitchen and dining area along with the main bedroom are on the upper floor. The main living area and 2 bedrooms are on the first floor.
