This one of a kind location also includes A/C on the main level and fans throughout, washer/dryer, WiFi internet access, flat screen TV with cable TV, gas grill on the deck, outdoor enclosed shower, outdoor hot tub, sun room porch off the master and the best beach access! There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms at this Brewster home. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th has a full size bed. There is also a twin in the study. In the kitchen there is a coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, lobster pot, cooking / serving utensils, etc.
