Just spent a lovely weekend on the Cape with our 2 dogs. The house was great - clean with plenty of room and central a/c.

Mark was very easy to reach on the phone or by e-mail, and got back to me right away.

The beds weren't the most comfortable, but OK for 2 nights. The dogs LOVED swimming in the pond - then passing out on the huge deck lol. We also used the kayaks for an early morning paddle around the pond. The hot tub was a plus - made for a relaxing evening. Convenient to everything, yet far enough away from any traffic on 6A. An iron would have been handy to have. And a corkscrew :) show more show less

Stayed for one week at this property early August 2016 and my family had a wonderful stay. Situated on a private, low traffic street, the house was everything the Homeowner indicated in his listing and more. While not fancy (and who needs fancy for a Cape vacation?), the property was clean, well maintained and everything worked. Drains drained, stoppers stopped, plenty of hot water and very cool A/C.

Situated on a hillside with plenty of privacy, the driveway was steep with a brief yikes moment on first approach. Not a problem when I determined the plastic stuff they make cars out of these days cleared. Parking for three vehicles, plus a curbside cutout for two at the bottom of the hill for the weak of heart or vintage Jaguars.

Good cable TV (who cares?) and excellent WiFi. Not the Homeowner's issue, but cell phone access was iffy ... Verizon = 1 bar; AT&T = nada. Close to a couple of small ponds, the rental includes a couple of kayaks that can be wheeled to the larger pond. Good fun.

We didn't use the hot tub, but it looked nearly new and fairly large. Front and back decks give you a choice of outdoor seating areas. Also handy is a detached garage for storing bikes, etc. came in handy.

Great access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail without having to get on any roads - a plus. Also just a couple of miles from a Bay beach and 20 minutes to Nauset. 15 minute walk to Brewster Main Street.

Kitchen was well equipped and has a brand new Kurig 2.0. A combination propane/charcoal grill with side burner worked well and was handy to the back deck.

Super easy transaction. The Homeowner was a pleasure to work with and made several offers to assist if required. No issues at all. I recommend. show more show less
