This 40 year old updated cottage is nicely appointed with many comforts of home. Original hardwood floors have been refinished and cottage has been freshly painted. It has 2 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10)- Bedroom 1 queen, Bedroom 2 two twins, Bedroom 3 two twins, Bedroom 4 1 bunk bed and 1 queen. All 4 bedrooms have window unit A/C. The rustic kitchen is well equipped including brand new appliances, electric stove/oven, refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, dishwasher, and counter top microwave. Other small appliances include- coffee maker, toaster, hand mixer and blender. The living room has a wall mounted 48'' flat screen, smart TV with cable. WiFi also included. Both bathrooms have been updated with new tile and vanities and are equipped with hairdryers and bath mats. Bring your own towels and sheets. Clean, spacious, basement has washer and dryer with bulkhead access for easy storage of beach chairs and toys.

Set on a spacious corner lot with a large back yard and a large deck off the kitchen. Propane gas grill and outdoor eating space. Cottage is equipped with corn hole, volleyball and horseshoes to enjoy this backyard space.

This cottage is exactly 1/2 mile from Point of Rocks Beach, a quick 10 minute walk. Wagon provided to transport beach chairs, toys etc... to the beach. At low tide explore the flats and creatures that live under the water - razor clams, quahogs, hermit crabs, sand crabs, snails and minnows. Families enjoy playing frisbee, wiffle ball, paddle ball, and volleyball on the flats. The Bay is also ideal for swimming, sailing, paddle boarding, canoeing, kayaking, or water skiing. Great Cottage in Brewster

Classically beautiful Brewster neighborhood. Easy walks to all our favorite spots on Main street, especially the Brewster country store, and one of the most enjoyable beaches, Point of Rocks, anywhere on the bay. Cottage was comfortable and well appointed, air conditioners in all bedrooms, updated bathrooms, stylishly decorated, and my back says thank you for the great mattresses. All and all a great Cape vacation. Thank you. Can't wait for next year!!

Pefect Brewster Experience

What a great house! Easy walk or bike ride to the beach. We ate in 8 out of the 9 nights - there's great gas grill (for the fish from Nauset Seafood) and a big outdoor deck where we and our guests spent the majority of our time. Huge backyard and although the house itself isn't enormous, the kitchen/dining room/living room layout works great - plenty of room for everyone and there's a nice big flatscreen TV. Totally redone bathrooms, really clean. We will be back next year. Also, the owner was very attentive and accessible during our stay. The wild turkeys in the front yard one night were an added bonus. show more show less

This place was perfect for a girl's weekend away! Cozy but with enough nooks and rooms that we didn't feel over crowded. The patio and grill were perfect for enjoying the last warm rays of summer!

Stayed here with some friends and family for a long weekend. Awesome space for a large group. A big yard, nice deck, and updated kitchen make this a fantastic spot for a great Cape getaway. Plenty of parking and walkable to the beach as well- I certainly recommend this place to other large groups. Be sure to read the house manual for what is provided!

Kellie's cottage is adorable. We really liked being in Brewster. The bay beach is about a ten minute walk. You can ride bikes from the house to the rail trail and Nickerson State Park. This was more of a "beach rental" experience than other airbnb's. You provide your own linens/towels/paper goods/bath products etc. and we never met the host in person. All fine, just different. She does have beach chairs and games with is really helpful.

I was a third generation Brewster vacationer until we purchased our cottage in 2015. This was a lifelong dream come true! We have seen the town grow and change, but not too much- which is just the way we like it. My husband , Rick and our 4 boys have become equally enamored with Brewster over the years.Twenty years ago we moved from the Washington, DC area to Austin, TX making it a little more difficult to get to the Cape. We have come regularly to Brewster with our boys to take this step back in time and enjoy the beautiful beaches, delicious seafood, stunning sunsets and walks along the flats.

What is special about this property?
Our Brewster Flats cottage is the perfect mix of old time cottage living with updated baths and kitchen. The large backyard has great space for children to play volleyball, badmitton, wiffle ball, corn hole or use the horseshoe pits. The outdoor space will not disappoint as the deck is in the shade in the afternoon and is equipped with a propane gas grill and ample seating. All the comforts of home are provided- washer, dryer, dishwasher, wifi, cable and AC. The closest beach, .5 mile, away is Point of Rocks. A public beach with just a few parking spaces, makes this beach a hidden gem. You can make the short walk from the cottage with the wagon provided to load up all your sand gear or purchase a weekly beach sticker and drive down to our beach or any of the other town beaches.

What is special about your town?
The keystone of Brewster is the Brewster Store- located at the intersection of 124 and 6A. You will find yourself going back again an again to peruse all the wonderful treasurers, pick out some penny candy, enjoy and ice cream from the Brewster Scoop and marvel that a store with this much history is still operating. My mother spent her summers during WWII just down Lower Road from the store and has shared great memories of walking to the store for supplies and the mail! Brewster is also home to many fresh water kettle ponds. You can enjoy swimming, sailing, boating and stand up paddle boarding at any one of them. If golf is your thing, head over to The Captains Golf Course for 18 holes or take the smaller children to Harbor Lights for a game of mini golf. There is no shortage of seafood restaurants in all price ranges- from The Brewster Fish House to our most famous roadside clam shack, Cobies. Ferrettis is a great place to shop for fresh meats to throw on the grill or sandwiches to take to the beach.
