Nice cozy house with terrific views of Cape Cod Bay and adjacent marsh. Just a quick little walk and you are on a quiet, private beach adjacent to Paine's Creek. House was stocked with all the little amenities needed for our week stay. Weather was a little colder when we went, looking forward to coming back when we can sit on the deck and enjoy the wonderful views. Nice neighborhood, great for a walk with the dog.

We had so much fun at your rental house. It was a perfect set up. There were 8 of us and 2 dogs that went on vacation together. We had plenty of room to spread out in the house. It was a perfect location for all activities. It is a great centrally located home. We walked everywhere. Having the private access to the beach was a huge plus for us. The dogs had a great time on the Brewster Flats. We saw the most incredible sunsets, and even had a fire on the beach one night.(permit required). I would most definitely rent here again. We stayed for two peaceful weeks. Great communication from the start to the finish. The charming home is on a quaint street tucked away by the serene Cape Cod Bay. The home was very clean, bright and orderly. Step out on the raised deck, and the view is spectacular and is from many windows. The deck is a nice escape from the sun in the late afternoon as well. The first floor has a warm and open feel, plenty of room for the entire family. The walk to the sandy beach (public or private) is short and safe. It is a terrific place to witness the glorious sunsets. The home is well stocked with all your cooking needs. They also provide a fair amount of beach chairs and accessories. The Brewster area is Cape Cod at its best. The same can be said for this enchanting home by the sea. show more show less

What a perfect place to spend your vacation. This spot is great for anyone. I rented for 2 weeks and spent part of it with my family of 5 and part of it with girlfriends. Both groups adored it! The house is peaceful, safe and calm. The street is quiet and there's a friendly tractor ride that occasionally comes by with waiving children and family passengers who are delightful.

The deck, kitchen window, bedroom and bath all have spectacular views of the flats which is ever changing with the tides, sky and weather - we could have sat on the deck and watched all day. The view is visible from just about everywhere in the house including the back yard. Just a few steps down the street is a tiny bridge to a private beach or go left instead and a few more steps to a quaint public beach.

At low tide, it's great to walk the flats and know that the house is just a few steps away. We met a local oyster farmer who was friendly and explained his craft to us. On a rainy day, we enjoyed visiting local 6A galleries and talking with artists about their different processes and their favorite spots to paint.

We arrived to find the house immaculately clean, and the owners were great to work with. The house also has Wifi and a big TV which was important to my teens and it all worked well. We will for sure be back!!! show more show less
