Our house is a short walk to Greenland Pond and Long Pond is accessible within our neighborhood. Brewster beaches are just four miles from the house. Hop on the nearby bike trail for a day of adventure. Brewster Whitecaps are our home town Summer wood bat baseball league where you can see tomorrow's Major leaguers swinging for the fences. Brewster is a neighbor to Chatham where dining and shopping are enjoyed and Provincetown is just over 30 miles from the house where whale watching and clam chowder at the Lobster Pot are a must. If you golf Brewster has the Captains with two beautiful 18 hole courses that I play as much as work allows.

The house is a three bedroom, two bathroom ranch with sunlit living room, open kitchen and dining with slider to deck, and a second living room off of the master. The ceilings are high and the feel of the house is modern and open.

Two single kayaks available for your use. and a b ball court for a game of H.O.R.S.E. Books, puzzles and misc games available if you need to get out of the sun.

The outside deck has tables , umbrellas, chairs and a Weber grille for burgers and dogs.

Relaxing Atmosphere

We stayed for a week in this beautiful well maintained house and we had a blast. The property and interior are clean and are so relaxing. The amenities offered were just what we needed. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a quiet environment.

Although I grew up in Miami and am a wash a shore my Mom grew up in Harwich and I vacationed on the Cape every Summer. I moved to NE and built my house 22 years ago. I love the neighborhood as well as the convenience to local attractions and the highway.

What is special about this property?
We are 1/4 mile from Greenland Pond ... a great spot for some sun , diving off of the float or throwing out a line to see what's biting.

What is special about your town?
Brewster has great beaches where the tide goes so far out that walking to catch it is a trek . We have supported and followed the local Brewster Whitecaps baseball team for years. Brewster has an old fashion general store, Captains golf course w two 18 hole courses and a handful of great restaurants to try.
