Be among the first guests in this brand new home! The house is located on a HUGE lot with a private in ground pool. In addition, the house is a quick 4-5 minute walk to a private beach on Cape Cod Bay. This sandy stretch of beach is one of the best in Brewster.

The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 with private baths. There are a total of 4.5 baths plus an outdoor shower. The first floor is comprised of the living room, dining room, kitchen and a first floor master bedroom suite with a king bed. The oversized glass and tile shower is a sight to behold. Upstairs, you have a second master suite with an en suite bathroom as well. There are also 2 additional bedrooms upstairs with two twins each that share a full bath. The final master suite is located up a second private staircase and has a queen bed, private full bath plus a kitchenette. This large room also has a sitting area to relax in privacy away from the rest of the group. The house is centrally cooled and has wireless internet.

The pool has a new patio area, an ideal set up for relaxing and watching the kids frolic in the pool. Don't forget to head down to the beach each evening for sunset! The house is also close to Route 6A and several restaurants. It's just up the road from the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path as well. With privacy, a pool and short walk to a private beach, this home is ideally set up for a fun-filled, memorable Brewster vacation.
