For the gourmet: both houses have fully equipped, stainless steel kitchens with many appliances, butcher block islands, gas ranges, convection microwave, and stainless outdoor BBQ. The lobster pot is waiting!

For the romantic: the Hydrangea House has a first floor master bedroom with skylight, African wood floors, bead board walls, two walk in closets, and a generous bath with jacuzzi and walk-out shower. The Water Fall House offers a newly-renovated 1st floor bath with walk-out rain shower.

For the one who needs to stay connected: both houses offer high-speed wireless internet that extends into the back yard, an Echo Dot and a total of 6 flat screen televisions.

For the teenagers: High Definition televisions, on-demand cable, surround sound, neighborhood biking, and basketball hoop.

For the younger kids: quiet back yards; ''3-in-1 chair:” (rocking horse; high chair and school desk); kids' rocker; toys in the toy box; baby monitor. Please inquire.

For the fastidious one: first floor laundry, 5 full baths, outdoor showers, plenty of linens: pillows, sheets, bath linens and beach towels provided.

For the active one: ½ mile across, Seymour Pond is popular to swimming, fishing, sail boats, wind surfers, and paddle sports. Motorboats are not allowed on the 181 acre pond, so it remains natural and tranquil. The area is home to a variety of birds and fish. The opposite side is home to the Punkhorn parklands: 875 acres of conservation land with miles of secluded walking trails. We even have 2 fishing poles! The Cape Cod Rail Trail is 4/10 of a mile away, and a there is a catacomb of quiet residential streets in the neighborhood for walking and running.

For those who love the beach: 2 miles to the beautiful Brewster bay beaches; beach towels; umbrellas; tents; coolers; chairs; toys; floats, and walking distance to private neighborhood swimming beach on Seymour Pond.

For the explorer: Brewster is a treasure with quaint country stores, picturesque restaurants, bustling farm stands, featured artists studios, and village antique shops all along Rte. 6A (Olde King's Highway) and intersecting roads.
