Your AMAZING vacation awaits! This spacious 2 bedroom Cape is in a quiet cul de sac in a Brewster neighborhood that is central to everything the Lower Cape has to offer! The Master (King) and second bedroom (3 Twin Beds - Bunk Beds and an additional twin) open up to the hallway, which has a full bath. Enjoy a large eat-in kitchen with a breakfast bar that opens to a spacious living room and extended seating area with full and twin size new sleeper sofas. All 3 TVs are Smart TV's with internet in the main living area. All linens and towels are included. There are air conditioning units in both bedrooms and in the main living area. The back yard has an outdoor eating area, gas fire pit and BBQ grill to enjoy after an active day in the sun!

Less than 3 miles to Nickerson State Park, the beautiful Brewster flats bay beaches, and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Easy half and full day excursions to all of Cape Cod and the Islands. Additional cleaning fee is $150 for the house and $50 for linens/towlel/quilts (total cleaning fee of $200) may not be waved due to strict cleaning and disinfecting guidelines used for COVID-19.

    Perfect Getaway!!

    My Family had a Great Experience staying at this Cottage in Brewster!

    The location is perfect for accessing multiple spots on the Cape.

    We enjoyed a few days visiting the Beaches in Dennis and Chatham (Short Drive) as well as taking in all the wonderful Shops, Restaurants, and Beaches that Brewster has to offer!

    The Cottage has everything you need and provides plenty of Outdoor and Indoor space for a Family to spread out. The Quiet location also provides a Safe place for kids to play outside, as it's situated at the end of the street with no through traffic.

    Jacquie was an extremely gracious host! She offered suggestions about the area and made it clear she was always available if needed. She even texted a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. I would Highly recommend this place for a Family looking to explore this Beautiful part of the Cape.     show more show less

    This rental is on the market for the second year after some time off the market! It is newly updated with all the amenities, including high speed internet and the owners live just a mile away in case you need anything!

    What is special about this property?
    This house is in a quiet neighborhood, has great parking and access to all Brewster has to offer within minutes! It's comfortable and feels like "home"! Lots of privacy and safe streets for kids to play and ride bikes, etc.

    What is special about your town?
    Brewster is a great town because it has everything Cape Cod has to offer, especially gorgeous beaches and sunsets. It's location offers easy half and full day trips to every part of the Cape and Islands!
