Our home is perfect for families looking to enjoy Cape Cod as it sleeps plenty of little ones but does not sleep more than 6 adults. Just off exit 10 in Brewster, this home sits on Sheep Pond - one of the cleanest and warmest ponds on the Cape. The home has direct access to Sheep Pond with a private beach adjacent to the public beach at Fisherman’s Landing. Everything in the home is new, and renovations give it that brand new feel.

This air conditioned home has five bedrooms with one on our lower level, two on the main floor and two more on the upper level. The lower level is a queen bedroom with bathroom and sitting area with TV. The main level is the open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen with access to the wrap around deck overlooking the pond. Two bedrooms on this level include a king and a second bedroom with bunk bed (full over twin with trundle). The upper level bedrooms include a king bed as well as another bunk room. The bunk room has four beds - a twin over twin and full over full. Every floor has a full bathroom but the lower level bathroom has the only tub in the house.

The home is stocked with essentials so you can simply arrive and enjoy. Linens and towels are provided, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, cable TV, WiFi, etc. We also provide water activity supplies such as a Maui Mat, tubes for floating in the pond, paddle boards, and kids kayaks.

The home is also located on the CCRT bike path. We do not provide bicycles but they can be rented just down the road and ride them back to the house - just over a mile down the trail.

The property itself is located approximately 100 feet from Sheep Pond, with parking for 3 vehicles behind the home and one on the driveway. Most of the lot is wooded, but the area surrounding the home has been cleared of trees in close proximity to the house and deck. A wooden walkway leads from the home down to the pond and the beach with a short run of wood stairs to get to the water. Our deck was replaced and upgraded last season and features an outdoor sectional with ample seating for dining on the deck.

We prefer families at our home because the house is set up with families in mind and is not well suited for a large group of adults as our upper bunks have weight limits. No pets please and no smoking. Our security deposit is commensurate with the quality of the home.

Personal checks are acceptable but reservations are not good until we have received your check.

Security deposit:
We hold $3,000 as a security deposit. We understand this is a higher deposit than other rental properties but we think it is in keeping with the quality of the home and the amenities we provide.
