This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 1450 square foot residence. Kitchen and dining are combined and offer comfortable seating for 6. Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, one with a queen sized bed, an additional twin sized bed, and an A/C. The other first floor bedroom has three twin beds with A/C. All of the three bedrooms have air-conditioning. The second floor bedroom has a queen sized bed and A/C. The fourth A/C is in the comfortable, high-beam vaulted living room.  
Enjoy outdoor dining on the terrific deck - charcoal some burgers and make your Cape Cod memories in this comfortable, traditional Cape home! 

Brewster Attractions:
Enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in various locations in Brewster along Route 6A.
Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide to collect seashells, photos, and memories. The Brewster Flats have been recognized by Travel and Leisure in the America’s Most Beautiful Coastal Views category and ranked in the top three. All Brewster bayside beaches have generally gentle surfs, and fine sands.
Enjoy magnificent sunsets summer over the Cape Cod Bay.
Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park, with two kettle ponds for kayak and paddle board (rentals available on site)
Play a round at Captains Golf Course!

Highly recommended restaurants are nearby JT's Seafood and Cobie's for casual beach bites and plates.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
