You will relax and enjoy the tranquil natural setting of Cape Cod in our renovated home. The house is perfectly situated on a large, private corner lot. Cliff Pond Estates does not have any thru traffic. Just 500 steps from the house you will enter Nickerson State Park where you can hike, bike and swim throughout 600 acres. The world-famous Brewster Flats (beaches) is a quick 2 miles away.

There are 4 bedrooms, each with a new queen mattress and window air conditioning units, and 2 bathrooms.
The family room is a comfortable gathering space with 2 large couches, an oversized leather chair and a flat-screen smart TV. The mini-split AC unit keeps the room cool. A Poland springs water dispenser is provided. Hardwood floors throughout.

The kitchen boasts granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Everything you will need to cook or bake at home is available--coffee maker, toaster oven, blender and mixer. There is an extra refrigerator in the garage. A round kitchen table allows for 4 people to sit comfortably.

Next to the kitchen, you will find a dining room with a table that easily sits 8 people. It is open to the living room with a couch, chair and flat-screen TV. The mini-split AC unit cools this space. Hardwood floors and a working fireplace complete the space.

The bathroom has a shower/tub combo with granite tile and a granite sink.

Two bedrooms, each with window AC units, have hardwood floors and new queen mattresses, and complete the first floor.

Upstairs you will find 2 spacious bedrooms and another bathroom. Each bedroom has a queen bed with a new mattress, window AC units, and a ceiling fan. The bathroom has a large granite shower and a pedestal sink.

In the backyard, you will find a deck with an oversized Pottery Barn table with 8 chairs. A large Weber propane grill is perfect for summer meals. An outdoor shower makes cleaning up after the beach easy.

We provide beach chairs and umbrellas and miscellaneous beach toys/games.
