We pulled up to an extremely well kept property that was bigger then we had expected!! From the moment we walked through the front door I noticed how bright and spacious the home was. I also took immediate notice of how immaculate it was, which for me..a bit of a neat freak, was very important! Everything from the beds and pillows to the glasses and plates that are provided were perfect. I felt at home, not at a "rented house".

The kids thought the "shark room" and "mermaid room" were the coolest! They also loved making smores out back at the firepit! Also we were not aware that there was a pool table and fun basketball game in the basement, it was a cool surprise! Oh and the outdoor shower, who doesn't love an outdoor shower!!

Brewster itself was fabulous...we hit some restaurants, go karts, bumper boats and even an outside theater performance! And the beach...wow, it was truly amazing at low tide! Walking out for miles, collecting hermit crabs etc...it was never too busy, always a slight breeze and very peaceful!

The owners were amazing to deal with, very down to earth and really made it an easy decision for us that we would be returning next year!!! I highly recommend renting this little piece of heaven! show more show less

We had a great time at Al's house. Very clean and spacious and relaxing! about a 25 minute walk through quiet neighborhood streets to Point of Rocks beach or about a 5 minute drive to several other Brewster beaches and close to JT's restaurant, the Snowy Owl coffee shop, and Brewster General store. There was also a pool table in the basement that our kids loved to use. We are a family of 5 with 14, 12 and 8 year olds. We also visited a few really nice Dennis beaches that were about a 15 minute drive - Mayflower Beach is beautiful and Corporation Beach was really nice as well. show more show less
