Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home will comfortably fit 4 adults and 2 children. Our pretty beach-themed decor will relax you during your visit to Brewster.

The downstairs bedroom consists of a queen bed and a full bathroom with shower is next door. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a lovely king sized bed and larger bathroom with shower. We do not have a bathtub in either bathroom. The other room upstairs is for the kids, a sweet set of bunk beds complete with a ladder and slide which are removable. We do not supply sheets and towels.

The house has Central A/C, internet, 4 televisions, phone, cable, lovely deck to seat 6 at the table and new grill.
Kitchen has everything you need to enjoy lobsters on the deck.

We have beach chairs and beach toys when you make the 6 minute walk to the private Sea Pines beach, which is never crowded. The tip of the Cape is clearly visible from the beach as is the entire inner arm all the way to Provincetown. Take a walk out on the flats when the tide is out and have the kids look for beach jewels.. snails, shells, crabs.. so much fun! When you're done, stop at the playground with them.

Sea Pines offers a community pool which is across the street, tennis courts and a small sand-filled playground.
The bike trail which goes for miles in either direction is a short walk to get on from Sea Pines.

Enjoy the tasty restaurants, stores, art galleries, golf, tennis, mini-golf, and much more that Brewster has to offer.

    Excellent rental. Beautifully decorated. Location is perfect.

    We stayed at this gorgeous rental for the month of September 2022. We literally walked down to the beautiful beach. Our grandchildren were in and out of the warm beach water and played on the beach for hours.
    The sunsets are unbelievable. Best on the cape.
    The rental is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Gas grill on patio with seating for many friends and visitors. Large outdoor table for eating , new appliances inside ,big screen tv, large couch and comfy chairs. The bathrooms and kitchen have been updated and the beds are very comfortable.
    This rental is an easy drive to many restaurants, grocery stores and quaint shops. I highly recommend this lovely condo.     show more show less

    Nirvana at the shore!

    If you are looking for a relaxing and memorable get away…you just found it!
    My girlfriends and I (four of us) rented this gem for the month of August 2022.
    From the moment we arrived the allure of the salt air welcomed us with open arms. The sun was warm as we sat on the spacious deck for hours enjoying the fresh air and BBQ cookouts.
    This townhouse is equipped with everything a family would need including bunk beds and two large bedrooms each with a king/queen size beds. There was even a queen size pull out bed in the main living room.
    The owner was very good about staying in touch with us whenever we needed her to answer a question. She has exquisite taste in decorating this ocean haven. It features a beautiful fireplace to cozy up to with a glass of wine.
    We enjoyed our fun-filled days by playing pickle ball, tennis and an occasional dip in the refreshing swimming pool.
    The bay side beach was a quick 6 minute walk. This beach would be perfect for young children wanting to build castles in the sand. The water was always calm which insured the safety of young bathers.
    The sunsets were spectacular every night.
    I can't say enough about this magnificent townhouse. It has so much to offer. Come and experience nirvana at the shore. You won't regret it!     show more show less

    I've vacationed at the Cape for as long as I can remember.. All of the seasons here are magical. I hope you become or already appreciate all that the beautiful Cape has to offer.

    What is special about this property?
    The walk to the gorgeous private salt water beach is less than 1/3 of a mile away. You can clearly see Provincetown, the tip of the Cape and all the towns up to the tip from our private bay beach.

    What is special about your town?
    Brewster is the ' Sea Captains' town. It is known for its quaint art galleries, boutique shops, small restaurants, beautiful churches. The Rail Trail, Cape Cod's bike trail runs through Brewster and has an easy access across the street. Also, a playhouse, kids Museum of Natural History which holds summer camp for children, Nickerson National Park, several ponds, a windmill and grist mill, hiking, several golf courses are all some but not all places to enjoy while you are in Brewster.
