Steps from Ellis Landing, Remembrance is a take on a classic Brewster cottage but with all the modern comforts. The vaulted ceilings in the kitchen and living area offer a charming living space in which to operate and relax.  The modern kitchen has all the essentials and is open to the dining area.  The main living room is just off the dining area and features cozy seating with a TV.  In addition, there is a small, enclosed porch at the front of the cottage for an extra seating/reading area. The newest part of the cottage is the upper level bedroom with a king bed and bay views. This bedroom is accessed via a spiral staircase. There is also a second full bathroom in this newer area on the main level. The cottage is cooled by in-wall AC units throughout.

The back deck has ample space and is lined with beautiful hydrangeas. The deck has a dining table with umbrella along with some Adirondack chairs for lounging. The mature plantings provide good privacy from neighbors. 

Of course, the main feature, Cape Cod Bay is a 30 second saunter from the cottage. Enjoy calm warm water at high tide and explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide.  The water can come right up to the stone revetment at extreme high tide covering most if not all of the beach for a couple of hours. However you can still swim at high tide even if you cannot sit on the beach for a little while. Sunsets each night are a ritual experience as the sun melts into the water. 

You can also walk up to Route 6A for shopping, dining and ice cream.  Don’t forget to bring your bikes! The rail trail access is under a mile away.  Walk over to adjacent Ocean Edge resort to frequent any of their dining outlets, all are open to the public, including the inviting Beach Bar. ''Remembrance'' will not soon be forgotten by your family!

This property offers a 3-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7-nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived.
